Privacy notice
emba.mba is an independent directory of business school programs. This notice explains what we collect and why, in plain language.
What we collect
- Enquiry forms. When you ask a school for information, we collect the fields you submit (name, email, optional phone, goal, budget band, target intake) and pass them to that school's admissions team. We keep a copy to resolve disputes and to measure lead quality.
- Newsletter. Your email address, and the date you subscribed. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
- Analytics. Aggregated page views and referrers. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
- Local storage. Your language choice and comparison shortlist are stored in your browser, not on our servers.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, rent mailing lists, or share your enquiry with schools other than the one you selected. We do not use dark patterns to keep you subscribed.
Legal bases and retention
Where GDPR applies, our basis for processing enquiry data is legitimate interest (connecting you with the school you asked about) and, for the newsletter, consent. Enquiry records are retained for 24 months, newsletter records until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@emba.mba. We respond within 30 days.

Information accuracy
Tuition, deadlines, class profiles and rankings are indicative. They are compiled from public sources, rounded, and dated. They are not an offer, a contract, or admissions advice. Always confirm figures with the school before applying or paying anything.
No financial or immigration advice
The payback calculator is an arithmetic tool with editable assumptions. It is not financial, tax, immigration or career advice.
Sponsored content
Paid placements are labelled "Sponsored". Payment never affects the emba.mba Index, the order of a ranking, or the text of an editorial guide.
Intellectual property
School names, marks and program names belong to their owners and are used for identification. Our editorial text, index methodology and design are ours.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of directory data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
